FOR THE PHYSICIAN

Project Access means formal documentation of volunteer services and a more organized system of care for the uninsured. It will allow for better patient follow-up and enhance the treatment which is provided and prescribed. SFPA works with the city, county and state in raising awareness of this uncompensated care and the resources donated by providers of care in the community. Over the next few months and years, SFPA hopes to measure the resulting health status of this population, providing insight for future health planning activities and public health policy.

Pledging your services is as simple as clicking the link below and faxing back your pledge to our offices. You can join over 70 of your colleagues in Santa Fe County who have already made the decision to make a difference in the community. Semi-Annually you will receive a report of donations which are aggregated for the program and used in our work with the city and county government. If you have questions please feel free to contact us and we will answer your questions within 48 hours, if not immediately.
